The Thunder debut of Vasilije Micic will have to wait for he’s signed a three-year extension with Turkish club Anadolu Efes.
The EuroLeague MVP has an NBA opt-out clause over the next two summers, Eurohoops reported.
Micic’s draft rights were acquired by Oklahoma City last November by the Philadelphia 76ers in a trade that sent Al Horford to the Thunder.
Micic was drafted by the 76ers 52nd overall in 2014, but he never made his NBA debut.
Last season with the Euroleague champions, Micic averaged 16.7 points, 4.9 assists, and 2.6 rebounds in 40 EuroLeague games.
In the championship game, he had 25 points.
